HUD's Official NSPIRE Resources: Where to Find Them

HUD keeps its NSPIRE materials on a set of official pages. HUD maintains a NSPIRE hub, run by its Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC), and it is HUD's central NSPIRE page — it links out to NSPIRE notices, standards, inspectable areas, terms and definitions, the toolkit, and webinars. HUD also provides downloadable tools, including an HCV inspection checklist and an NSPIRE Score Calculator — HUD notes the calculator provides an estimate only — and HUD Exchange hosts NSPIRE training and a short video series.
