Under the mixed-income model, half the units are reserved for households earning up to 60% of area median income, with the remainder market-rate; the venture cited Montgomery County's By-Right PILOT tax-abatement program among the tools supporting the affordability commitment. JPMorgan provided debt financing and JLL served as selling broker, according to the announcement. The seller was not disclosed.
