Visible and never silent.

We do not quietly edit published items. When we make a material correction, it is visibly marked on the item, dated, logged on our Corrections page, and re-verified against the primary source.

Factual errors, mis-stated requirements, and dates or details that no longer match the verified primary source.

We re-verify against the primary source, update the item, and log the correction on our Corrections page with the date and a note on what changed.
