Privacy
This page describes our current privacy practices in plain language.
Reading the site.
You do not need an account to read NSPIRE Wire. The public site does not run programmatic advertising, third-party ad networks, third-party advertising cookies, or behavioral tracking cookies. NSPIRE Wire may carry direct, clearly labeled sponsorship or advertisement placements as described below.
If this changes.
If analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are added later, this Privacy Policy will be updated before they go live.
Sponsored-link click measurement.
NSPIRE Wire may carry clearly labeled sponsored placements, labeled “Advertisement.” If a reader clicks an advertisement link, NSPIRE Wire records a basic, aggregate, non-personal click event so we can report simple click counts to sponsors.
This is click measurement only. We do not use impression tracking, view tracking, scroll tracking, heatmaps, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising scripts. The click event does not use cookies and does not create a user profile. It does not store IP addresses, user IDs, account information, device fingerprints, full user-agent strings, referrer chains, or geolocation. The only “where” we record is an internal page path, for example / or /article/{slug} — never a full URL, query string, or external referrer.
Event-level click rows are kept for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted or rolled up into monthly aggregate counts. We do not retain event-level rows indefinitely.
Sponsored placements are always clearly labeled, and sponsors do not influence NSPIRE Wire’s editorial coverage, judgments, or conclusions.

Selling data.
We do not sell personal information.
